About Ashley
Ashley is a grounded, heart-forward yoga teacher who approaches the practice as a homecoming; a place where breath, movement, and presence weave together to create something both energizing and deeply nourishing. Nearly two decades into her practice, she continues to be guided by that sweet spot where intuition leads, the breath steadies, and the mind softens into the moment. In class, you can expect a strong, spicy, and intentional flow that unfolds as a moving meditation, with space to challenge yourself, soften when needed, and be present in community.
Ashley encourages students to do what feels right for their own bodies, holding the firm belief that yoga should be accessible to every-body and that the true practice is learning to listen inward rather than mastering shapes.
A Vancouver, BC native and quintessential Pisces, Ashley has always felt a deep and intimate connection with the beauty and rugged nature of the west coast. When not on the mat, Ashley can be found exploring North Vancouver’s forest and ocean paths with her husband and their German Shepherd mix, Luna, where the natural world continues to influence both her teachings and how she moves through the world.
